These terms apply to your use of sevenkeyscollective.com (the "website"), run by Seven Keys Collective ("we", "us", "our"), a free zone establishment (FZE) registered in the Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About the website
The website introduces our concierge, events, wellness and fitness, travel and investment services, and lets you contact us. Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted online. Any service we arrange for you is agreed separately, in writing, and governed by the terms we give you at that time.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry or register your interest, you are asking us to contact you. It does not create a booking or a contract. Availability, prices and details are only confirmed once we have agreed them with you in writing.
Hosted experiences
Hosted experiences, such as The Padel Collective, are run with named partners. Dates, prices, inclusions and itineraries shown on the website are given in good faith and may change. Bookings are subject to the booking terms (including deposit, payment and cancellation terms) we send you before you pay.
Third-party services and links
Many of the services we arrange are provided by third parties, such as hotels, venues, airlines, coaches and other suppliers. Their own terms apply to what they provide. The website also links to other sites, including Dubai Key and Ibiza Key. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run.
Accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available. Images are for illustration and may not show the exact venue, room or experience.
Intellectual property
The website's text, design, logos and images belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website: for example by sending false enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using automated tools to collect content.
