Where appropriate we introduce clients to independent firms. Any advice or investment service is provided by that firm, under its own authorisation and terms, and you should check its regulatory status with the relevant regulator (for example the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, the DFSA or the UK Financial Conduct Authority). The value of investments can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future results.

Introductions and commissions

We may receive a fee, commission or other benefit from suppliers or partners we introduce you to. This does not change the price you pay unless we tell you otherwise. If you would like to know whether we receive a benefit for a particular introduction, please ask.

Partners

Dubai Key and Ibiza Key are partner concierge services with their own websites and terms. Hosted experiences are run jointly with the partners named on each experience page, and the booking terms you receive set out who is responsible for each part.

Wellness and fitness

Wellness, fitness and sports activities are provided by qualified third-party practitioners and coaches. They are not a substitute for medical advice. Please speak to your doctor before starting a new programme, and tell us and the provider about any health condition or injury that may be relevant.

Travel

Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, we arrange travel services on your behalf as an intermediary, and the airline, hotel or other supplier is responsible for providing them. You are responsible for your own passports, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance. We strongly recommend taking out suitable travel insurance as soon as you book.
